Suggest a plot investement near new airport

I am planning for a plot near the new airport, the visibility on the investment returns and government futuristic planning is not clear to me ...request suggestions on investment on a plot near new airport and share some layouts or co-operative society details which might be useful to analyze, visit locations and plan for a investment.
