I am looking for risk free residential plots bigger than 1000 sq. feet. The price range should be below 1800/- per sq. feet. I am not particular about the location.

Can somebody mention layouts where a 30*40 site available for less than 25L. It should be risk free ( Public bank should be able to fund ) and livable ( so that one can construct the house and start living with all basic amenities) .

Yesterday I visited a BDA approved layout in Sadarmangala(near ITPL)

He quoted 1700/- psf. LIC is giving 100% loan for plot at 8.9% fixed for first 3 years. Check if you are interested in this. They have 30X50 sites available.

This vishwasree viswadhama is nothing but the Parijatham Cosmos City. About 6 to 8 months back they started selling the plots with that name. Now they seems to have renamed it also it might been sold to some others.
