Hello,

Could anybody provide inputs on what type of construction is recommended?

columns+brickwall?
All brick wall (no columns)

Are there any advantage/disadvantages?

Also what is the cost difference? I see many construction costs e-mails in the forum but could not figure if
they were for column+brick or just brick construction.

All I know is , column construction is costlier than brick one

I too was in a delima but here is what i gathered :

Upto 2 floors - brickwall is good enough
In case of expansion plans go for concrete pillars

Thanks, I heard the same too, So looks like columns are not needed as I dont plan to go more than 2 floors.
