As per this affidavit, you need to be in rented house to apply for KHB Site?

Please read the clause number 3: Does this mean that if one has site or house in uraban area, he is not eligable for applying KHB site?

Please share your knowledge.

Amit

Hi,

To apply for any Governament Housing Society (KHB Colony/BDA Layout), One should not have any Own house or Plot in your name in Bangalore.
The clause is mainly to get the Address proof that you are staying in Bangalore without Own house which in turn staying in Rented House.

If you want to apply for KHB/BDA Sites you can apply through your Parents/Siblings or relatives (Understood that they also should not own any house or Plot in their names)

Hi,

Applicable across Karnataka State, When you are applying for any site allocated by Governament Body, You should not own a house or Site.
Since in Bangalore most of the Documents are online, so it is readily available during Verification. They will specifically mentioned in the Forms.

Now a days with Bribe in full swing, people give different name/Address when they apply for these Govt allocated Sites/Houses. You must have heard the cases of well known Politicians/Officers who owns G Category Sites even though they have their Own site/House by mentioning their Wife/Childrens names.

That clause applies for anywhere in Karnataka, not just limited to Bangalore.
In case either you or your family members/dependents have got allotment of site from any co-operative societies apart
from BDA/UDA/KHB or from any housing co-operative society also, you are not eligible.

In case if you give false info in your affidavit and get a site, later anyone who comes to know about this can challenge
you legally and you will end up losing your site as well as money.

So parent/sibling or relative can apply ,but if husband owns a house can his wife or his children can apply for the site.

No. Read my above statement thoroughly and understand the same.

If you are thinking that Family members/Dependents...etc is all you and only you, then you are making a big joke here.

If you are site beneficiary, then your parents/wife/kids/unemployed or handicapped brother's & sister's who are living solely
on your income cannot apply for one more site/house/flat and vice versa.

Hi msn,

Just to understood myself Parents/Siblings/Relatives are excluded. Your Father can apply for the Site. As it will be his own income & you are over 18/21 years age above. Here "You" includes Yourself, wife and Childrens (Below 18/21 Years Age)

So would like to understand is there threat in buying resale site?how do one verify if first allottee had gave all correct info while applying
