Hi All,

I am looking for a site in Yelahanka or on the way to dodballapur from Yelahanka. On the other side I am also looking for a site of house in Yelahanka New Town. Can any one throw some light about the price in this area? What best possibilities are there to get a house or site here.

There were a few layouts in Rajanakunte. Recently (2-3 months ago) I heard from Maxworth guys that they have launched a new layout there, with pre-launch price at 375/- to 400/- per sft. You might want to check it out.

We Have a CMC site at Kogilu Cross,Balaji Layout .The estimated price is 1500 / sqft.The site is 30*40 .It is 2 Km from Airport Road and 500 mtrs from proposed outer ring road.
