Has anyone been allotted the site in this layout.
Could you please share the details , as to whether it is worth buying here.
This layout is in Bidadi, about 33km from City (via bangalore-mysore road).. Considering the distance from the main city, thinking if its a good option.

Hi Lekhya,

The allotment process is not yet started. KHB has once again extended the time to pay the initial deposit till 30/09/2013. After 30th september, they will release the eligible list who can participate in the allotment process(lottery). I have visited the actual site also and the development works are going on. Looking at the way the bangalore-mysore corridor is developing, the prices are definately going to appreciate.
