My budget is Rs.2000/p.sq.ft. What do you think is the best gated layout on Sarjapur Road in terms of location, accessibility, approach roads, water availability etc.

You can try in these layouts ,these are in a range of 1500-1600 per sft, but the distance from the outer ring road are bit far.

For a budget of 2000/- per sft you can try in owners court, subha enclave (only bigger plots, no more a gated community),The country side layout (the one right next to rainbow drive & 20 to 25% cheaper than RBD)
