SLN Dreams Project near Chikkajala

Hi All,
There are quite a few layouts coming near Chikkajala. Currently the property prices that I enquired at SLN Dreams is around 1700 per sq feet. Is it a good location to buy as the place is just 8KMS from Airport (towards Hebbal) and about 18KMS from Hebbal (towards Airport)
