Hi,

Can some one help me understand how the electrician & plumber charge for providing the following services in bangalore :

Electric work:
1. Electrician should go through the new house and come up with the list of items required. This include number of switches, switch boards, ...
2. I will purchase the required material
3. Electrician should fix these to the house.

Plumbing work:
1. Plumber should go through the new house and come up with the list of items required. This include number of pipes ...
2. I will purchase the required material
3. Plumber should fix these to the house.

Hi Drk
In your case one way is to check with no of points and pay them per point.There are standard rates for each point.Once you get the cost finally negotiate with them.
This is applicable for both electrical and plumbing.
