need info on "Grand Icon"

Have any of you looked into this project, "Grand Icon"?
I came across this project while looking for plots around Bommasandra.

I am just wondering what are these sheds on the south-west side of the layout.. a poultry farm/industry ?
Have any of you visited this layout ?
