Hello, There is a huge construction waste DUMPED on my site and road beside my site in HSR. I did complain to BBMP but in vain. Is there any other route I could take to get this cleaned? The road and sites are filled with the huge waste and BBMP officer mentioned that it would take couple of lacs to get it cleaned. Whose onus is it keep the roads (if not the site) clean? Any help here would be really appreciated.
