iam looking to buy a plot from the D Employees hsg society near the Ambedkar engg college a little beyond chandra layout. would appreciate any info on whether there are any problems reg titles
also any info on the prices in that layout

Price is in the range of Rs. 3,000 to 4,000/sq.ft. Most of the sellers takes only the Government Value in the DD form, rest wants in Cash type. I feel the Govt Rate is around Rs. 1000/sq.ft.

Few people says there are some issue for few sites with the original land lords. But recently what i heard is that, it is sorted out with the society and agreed that, the land owners get some percentage of amount for each site sold here.
