All experts,

How important are these two documents? BBMP is refusing to give these documents if betterment charges are not paid.
Now this means we cannot get these documents for all the sites that have B-khata (or sites that are newly included under bbmp).

Can any bank give me loan without these documents? Your inputs would help me a lot.

yes , even without BBMP katha many banks like IDBI & others are giving loan for site/composite loan, provided property is DC converted.

Can you please tell me which bank apart from IDBI would give me loan? Axis bank refues to give loan without Khata extract and khata certificate.

IDBI site loan is 11.5 %

IDBI home finanance limited which is differnet from IDBI bank gives plot loans at 9%
