BDA is planing to raise the price to 1500 /sft

Dear All,
BDA's new rate is 1500 /sqft. For example 40X60=2044. 2400X1500=3600000. This is effect from new layout Kempegouda layout. Thay have published the new rates in some of news papers.

BDA/BBMP never quote rates in sqft. They measure in metres/sqm. Please check the authenticity of this news.

These days even newspapers start speculating ....
