Kindly let me know a good and reliable lawyer who can help in verifying the documents for a BBMP plot in malleshpalya.Also let me know nominal charges advocate might ask for legally certifying the plot.

) and charges are 3k for verification of paper. You can also search in this forum, you might get his number and member's feedback.

How much did he charge you for verification and other stuffs? Is he associated to any bank?

How much did he charge you? When i called up, he was asking too much money & was saying he wants some 1% of sale deed something.. I just hung up..

Two 30x40 'A' Khatha sites(together 60 feet road facing) have a single sale deed.Now the owner is asking to purchase both the plots.If we purchase one 30x40 he is saying he won't give original sale deed as he is having another site which he sells later.As for my knowledge bank loan is ruled out if we purchase one site and should go with our own funding.What care should be taken if we plan to purchase one plot if rest of all the papers are clear.
