Meenakshi Layout OR BK residency.

Friends,

i happen to visit B.K residency and Meenakshi Layout (opposite to Purva Panorama Near Vithola apartment).

Would like to know how are these layouts? Any litigation problems?

Also what should be be the ideal price....

What is the price they are quoting ? Is this a BMRDA or BDA approved layout ?

Neither BMRDA nor BDA approved. its DC converted. One of the layout has no water.
Its just sites.. no facilities like club house or swimming pool.

Royal Hermitage, Royal Residency, Royal Lakefront, Ramanashree, Nisarga ( Bit far ), Duo Heights are nice layouts.
Not done complete investigations but first look you feel.. Yea here you ARE.

I guess Meenakshi layout comes under BBMP now. THis layout has houses and I guess water too

Could you please tell me what is the current rates in the gated communities mentioned below like royal hermitage, royal lakefront etc.

2.2 k to 3 k. Depending on location and facing.

could you please tell me the price running in the meenakshi layout, and the owner is holding Grama thana khata. i am wondering, sites in the meenakshi layouts are having BBMP khata, but this owner doesn't have that.. is there any issue with that site/owner didn't initiate to get that... please help...

Based on personal experience, without BBMP khata and betterment charges paid, you will have to face lots of challenges.
they dont come in one Go...

some of them i faced are.

1. without Betterment charges and BBMP khata you cannot construct house.
2. Hardly there are couple of banks that fund you for sites that dont have BBMP katha and betterment charges
3. Legal verfication is more complex.
4. List goes onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn............


There are lots of of hurdles if the above are not available.

Anything less then 1500. if its good facing then may be little more to it.
