HI Friends,

I have zeroed in on a plot @ Bethel Layout near Banjara Layout @ hormavu. Do any of you have a idea about this area?
Is this a private layout?
I have heard that it comes under BBMP limits now. Is this true?

Also, it does not have drainage, water, electricity connection, but i see quite a few houses around?
The present owner says that all the paperwork is in order(which I still need to get verified).

What about the khata transfer? Is it important to have the khata on the current owner if I need to have the house construction to begin with.

Please help me out on this.

Hi Gary,
To my information there is a huge low cost apartment( 1500- units) coming up between hormavu and kalkere .This project may be launched soon with a range of 1600/- to 1800/- per sft (including amenities,car park , etc.......) .This could be a huge push for this area.

Any one with additional info of happenings around hormavu please post .
