Hi,

I have wood which will be sufficient for constructing 5 houses. Details are below

Total wood=200 CFT

Shutters for Doors and windows= Honne (86.86 CFT)
Frame for Doors and Windows= Bevu (Neem) - (112.43 CFT)

Wood is well seasoned for 7 months and ready to be used.
Reason for Sale: Initially thought of constructing house, later decided to purchase apartment.
Cost=2,30,000
