Hi all,

I am planning to get the building plan approval for my site (30 X 40) in BCMC layout, kanakapura road. So I Need some suggestions..

1) Did any one got their plans approved in recent 1 or 2 months in this layout?
2) how many days it will take to get the approval?
3) if working plan is different from approved plan,then do the banks object for Home loan?
4) How much officila charge we need to pay for the bbmp?
5) is betterment charge and cauvery water ces is mantadory for the planning approval?

Totaly how much officilay we need to pay as fees for g+2 house planning sturctures?

Please reply if you have some answer for above questions.

I want to construct two duplex house in my site in Nagashettihally. Site is of 30 X 40 dimension and I want to have ground floor complete parking 1 & 2 will be one duplex house and 3 & 4 will be another duplex house. Would like to know whether approval will be given for such type of construction, since the maximum floors one can have is three but I need 4. However houses will be only two.
