Please let me know ongoing prices in Judicial Layout, Kanakapura Rd as i finalized one site(30*40 west facing) and owner quoting Rs2600 as final price.Please let me know its worth buying and legal aspects of Layout.

1 year the price was 1900-2000 ... is there any new development to justify this appreciation ?

For a west facing site, 2600 is too costly. 6 months back, i saw a south facing site(30*40) and the broker was quoting 2100/sft. but i have not purchased as i couldnt adjust the down payment. So its better you negotiate. Or else, i have a number of the broker who is trustworthy. I got his number thru this forum only. You can mail me at nagarjunkatta@gmail.com so that i can send you his number. Regarding legal aspects, i heard kanakapura road Judicial layout has no problem.
