I am looking for a 30X40 BDA site in Vishveshwaraiah layout 5th or 9th block. could any one please let me know the current market price.?

For 5th block rates could be around RS 2300 PSFT and for 9th block Iam not sure may be more than this.
Make it fast before u get the updated giudance value hike from Govt ,once the circular comes than the prices raises drastically.
