Dear all,
Iam planning to keep a watchman in site so that he site would be free from unauthorised occupancy. But I have one query. Should I generally allow him to stay in the site with small single in the site or should I get him signed some rental agreement with some nominal rent ?

My main concern is with regard to convenience when we want to get rid of the watchman. Will it be easy it we ask him to sign the rental agreement ? As to rent, I think 200/300 per month should be enough as rent.

thanks. But I guess you misunderstood my question. I wanted to know how much is the pay (not the rent portion). Just want to get an idea of how much it would be to provide such security for a plot or house!
