40*60 Site in Telecom Layout.

I am buying a 40*60 BDA Telecom Society site in telecom layout i.e. Penn Field Layout Phase 2 near Amruth halli right after Jawahar Lal Nehru Research Institute very near to Jakkur. It has a 30 Feet Road adjacent to it. Please help me in giving the following details as i am planning to build 3 houses one for me, one for my brother and one for rent:

FAR?
No. of Kitchens?
No. of Floors?
Will they give Provision for Lift?
How Much of area on each floor can be achieved as built up area considering the number of kitchens and number of floors?
Will it be easy and economical in building a single house in each floor i.e. 3 3BHK houses?
