It would be good if you can give some admin rights to a few more people so that there are extra people for these tasks instead of you coming to look into it each time to clean up.

I think Admin needs to enable some kind of verification code like the other web sites enforce to stop the automated kind of spamming, while answering/posting any queries. I feel this is also happening more.
