Hi All,
I am planning to construct a G+3 house in 60*40 site. I have been enquiring quotes from contractors for the same. While many are providing per sq. feet rate with high level specifications, only 1 contractor has agreed to provide BOQ estimate. Hence, would like to check with members on the current running rate based on BOQ estimates and specifications and if you know any contractor who can provide BOQ estimates, please share it with me.

First get the design drawings ready so the BOQ can be as per the measurements as per drawing and then estimation according to your material specification will be best practice. if not though you confirm BOQ, BOQ itself will not be accurate and budget may change.
