Is it safe to buy a site in DC Converted BBMP A Khata layou

Hello guys,

There is no update regarding the A khata for Phase 1 people. I have been contacting the builder and everytime he gives me one or the other reason. I am not sure when the A khata will arrive. Also I would like to put a small request to all the people who have booked the plots in Phase 2, " PLEASE PUT SOME PRESSURE ON THE BUILDER FOR THE KHATA AND DO NOT GO AHEAD WITH THE REGISTRATION UNTIL THEY PROVIDE A khata TO ATLEAST FEW OF THE BUYERS SO THAT YOU COULD BE CONFIDENT ON GOING AHEAD WITH YOUR DECISION OF BUYING THE PLOT "

Have a few questions w.r.to Chaitra.... Members who have purchased or planning to purchase pls provide the latest details/developments.. It is for my friend.

1)Are there any plots left in phase1?
2)Did anyone get bbmp A Khata individually for the plot?
3)Did anyone try to get BDA noc for phase 2/phase1?
4)What is the current market price?
5)Lawyers opinion for phase 2?

Also, if you can pm me ur contact details, it would be nice.

This layout wont meet BBMP layout compliance and Its not going to get any approval near future. Many people who invested here are running behind developers for A katha.. Stay away...

Hello All,
I am planning to buy a 1200 sq ft site in Phase1. and I am buying it from a reseller. Well, I am planning to construct a house there. Can you please let me know if anyone has constructed house there or planning to construct house in the neat future.

Do we have all the facilities in the location where its good to go for construction. However I see there are three houses constructed. But I wanted to make sure. Or There Might be enough people here who already owns a site and palling to construct house.

Does the layout meet the BBMP criteria for getting the 'A' Khata? why is it delayed by the developer? My friend wanted to buy and he backed out only bcoz of this khata issue

If the betterment charges and Tax receipt is up to date you can approach BBMP for katha (If no other constraints stopping BBMP to provide Katha). I am not sure about the status of the Chaitra shelters but I recently booked a plot adjacent to chaitra shelters (very next to Prestige Casabella apartment) which has already got BBMP katha for individual plots but not for the layout. ( we verified with Lawyer as well.)
