Hi All,

Thanks for the good coverage of projects in this area.
I am considering buying a plot in JR Coconest which is adjoining the JR Greenpark on the Chandapur - Anekal road. Would appreciate feedback from any bloggers on this forum who've considered / bought here. How was the experience with the builders and do you feel this will be a good space to live in 2-3 years?

Hi,

Is it good to buy plot in RK Township,Because other forum members told about the Pollution (air,water) by industries surrounded that area...

can you give some ideas what are problems may come if we buy site there....?

I didn't see any issues with R K Township.

What is the price being quoted? Better to go to R K office rather than go through any marketing company. I know a marketing company that sells at R K Township but charges a hefty premium.

I had considered buying in this layout about a year ago. The layout was maintained OK at that time and there were good number of houses and an apartment already in the layout. I had a good experience with the builder also.(I approached their office directly.) However I did not finally proceed due to the same uncertainty that you are facing now and decided not to risk it. However I could find nothing bad about this layout.
