Let me Introduce We, Anjanapura Further Extension (9th, 10th &11th Block) plot owners/commercial plot owners have formed an association in order to get our demands fulfilled by govt dept KPTCL/BWSSB/BMTC/BDA. The Association Members are those who are already dwelling in this layout & continuously pushing dept's for basic needs.
Join us by paying INR1100/- towards membership. The softcopy of membership form & payable details will be made available very soon.
We do have meeting on 1st Sunday of every month to speakout our demands to those govt organization & also to chop out our plan of action.
Currently we have BMTC bus stand & depot, 80ft Road connecting b/w Bannerghatta & Kanakapura Road, Site sign boards, Expected Drainage line within June 2014 followed by waterlines ASAP. With all this said, Yes we have strong team debating with dept's, each & every discussion is recorded & documented by Association & acknowledged by govt dept.
Keeping our fingers crossed 11th, 10th & 9th Block will get better facilities in not so distant future. we sincerely request the plot owners to get registered as Associate members and participate in the monthly meeting. Lets make it large so that our future will be smooth for basic needs of life.

Dear All,
It has been a long time, I could not post many things since our last AGM.
I do have few updates about our Association and Lay out Developments.
1. 5th AGM of the Association was held on 28th Sep 2013 successfully.
2. Mr.Muni Venkatappa was chosen as New General Secretary.
3. Association Name and Scope of covering was amended as "Anjanapura Further Extension Welfare Association" by removing specific 10th and 11th block. This has allowed to include 9th Block site Owners in to Association.
4. In AGM, residents demanded to Name all Mains and Cross with Site Nos. Due to this issue, they are not getting their Posts and Couriers.
5. As usual Water Supply, Drainage, Street lights, Park Cleaning, 80feet road, BMTC Bus Service etc..were discussed.
6. All the actions were taken over last one year from Association was presented in the above regard from Association.
7. Audited Balance sheet presented and got approval from members.
Coming to Latest follow ups with BDA and BWSSB,
We had two rounds of representations to BDA in the month of Oct and Nov and one round with BWSSB Chief Engineer (Cauvery Bhavan) with Mr, Rama Swamy and Narshima Murthy.
There were difference of opinions while designing the DPR for Water Supply And Sewage lines to the Lay-out. Due to this nothing was moving and only blame game among themselves. (BDA and BWSSB)
We have highlighted and forced them to meet together to overcome from differences.
The result of our effort yielded and made them to visit the lay out with all top Technical committees of BDA and BWSSB together on 29th Nov. SO, all Technical issues were resolved among themselves and both have assured us, GLR construction will start within next 2-3 months and followed by other BWSSB works.
Coming to 80feet, many people (plot guy) they only active in this board making negative comment, But I never see this guy is coming or Participating or contributing towards getting better Amenities to the Lay out.
I do request, all site Owners should come together to support us (Association) by registering them as Life time members. I don't think, Plot Guy is Registered one. If not please come join association and then seek development status.
80 feet Road, all electrical poles realignment and Transformer shifting is happening. At the BG Road connecting point, off course there is litigation, but we took it up BDA's concerned AEE and AE (Mr. Keshav Prasad and Narappa) assured it is not issue for them and they have a way out. Frist their target is to finish the entire stretch and for the remaining thing we need to bother.
Our Friend Chandan has posted in detail about Association Membership. Please join Association.
We know, peoples are following this blog from Dubai, UK, US, Kuwait and many more Countries and we do get calls.....But still many people registrations required to drive/demand amenities. We are in total 4500+ Site Owners but only registered in 100's.
