when i enquired in shop they said indus is costlier cos they invest in advertisement n according to them all brands r good and even they suggested to go tata coz it better than indus ....i think it all depends on people mindset and money
all workers r very smart people n barbenders also ...barbending job will be easier for them ..dont dont have to waste there energy in bending rods ...they prefer tata barbending wire coz its it is smooth n not so hard compare to other brands

2day just bought 1 bundle of steel rs45500 per ton it has reduced from 47k
will be buying in 2days
can u guys confirm that 45.5k is best price ?

Bought the following 1 week back.
Additional wood (few CFTs) of Burma Teak @ Rs 2850/cft cut size(5x3 sections)
1 tonne 415 ISI TMT @ Rs 46000 (inclusive of transportation) - SAS (saravana??)

While buying red sal make sure it is well seasoned. Usually the red sal are not seasoned.
You should buy it at the beginning of construction stage or before it.
Season it for a minimum of 3 months.
If this is not done, the sal wood after installation will bend during the winter and rainy season.
