I am planning to buy a site in Kanakashree layout Byrathi.

What is the current pricing in Phase 1 & Phase 2?
I heard people are using tankers for water purpose? Does the society provide water? When the Kavery connection can come, as it is BDA layout?

Most of the lawyers are asking for the documents from the layout formed on-wards? Is it necessary to check the documents before the layout formed? Like how Kanakashree housing board got the land and all?

What is the current government value for the plots?

The layout is a BDA approved layout. Cauvery water connection is still not available anywhere in that locality and water pipes have been laid on main road already, you can expect the supply to the layout, very soon.
The Rates ongoing was around 5200/sqft in the layout. There seems to me many sites, houses and flats for sale there.

I am planning to purchase a plot in Sy. No. 143 in Kanakashree Kannur (Part-I). Are there any issues with this Sy. No? Is it safe to purchase?
If there's some kharab land in a Survery no., is it compulsory to get it DC converted as well?
Sy.No. 143 has 5 Acre 39 Guntas. Out of 39 Guntas, 5 Guntas is Kharab Land. Society has taken DC conversion for 5 Acre 31 Guntas only. Is this fine? What about the remaining 8 Guntas? Don't we need DC conversion for that land as well in that Sy. No.?
