You need to trust BDA. Because BDA had developed almost 50 to 60 layouts in different phases in bangalore. Only thing is it is govt organization so it will take some/more time. Except Arkavathy layout all other layout are developed by BDA are in good shape.

Dear All,

Discussed with BDA and they said refund will start from Monday. i.e from tomorrow. And in another 2 to 3 days of time BDA will update the Final list in the BDA website. This final list will be without site and block number. And also may be end of Nov or First week of Dec, BDA shall send the allotment letters with site number with block number to shortlisted members.

From First week of Nov BDA will start numbering and sector map in the layout. Once the numbering and mapping is done then first cut of contract work is done. Then BDA will call plan for second round improvement.

So hiramath,we can expect allotment letter by Dec end and what about payment option. Will they guarantee fully developed sites after full payment!!!!

We need to do the payment in 3 months of time. Plus 3 more months with interest if we make delay in payment. Development will take place another 3 to 5 years of time. Development is also depending on the public response also. For Example most of the for SMV layout it had taken one decade. We need to wait for long time. May this time they will not take that much time. This is just my view.
If you are in urgency the you can better go for SMV layout. It is ready to construct and all amenities are available.

He is absolutely right!!

Mr. Suresh Kumar (Rajajinagar MLA and Ex Law minister from BJP) was there at BDA office today. Even most of the kannada TV media people came there at 3.30pm since a lady attempted to suicide about not getting compensation from BDA. I have briefed Mr. Suresh Kumar about Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout issue. While speaking to media about the attempt to suicide matter, he mentioned about Kempegowda matter in passing (TV9). He asked me to inform Kempegowda layout applicants to be at BDA at 2.30pm on Wednesday 2nd November 2016. There will be a Janatha Adalath in which he will take up this matter along with other matters like Arkavathi Layout, alternative sites, compensations etc. with BDA officers.

This is indeed very unfortunate.
Feel bad for our friends who have applied for KG layout and are depressed because of this.

In my opinion, it would be a good idea to blow this issue up (via print, tv and social media) till such time you get a resolution.

Few important points discussed in the BTV news ystrday:

1. 700 crores collected but no clue on where it is utilized.
2. They need to raise loan for 500cr to return to non-allottees.
3. Not clear on the surrounding developments till now.
4. among 5000 sites, 450 sites are in lake buffer zone (They approve now and later get back to removal of houses later due to lake buffer issue)
5. News channel supports all the applicants till the issue is resolved.
6. Panelists were suggesting to go for Private gated communities rather than BDA in future.
