For SMV II block quoted price is between Rs. 3,500 to 3,900/- on paper ads like DH Classified or TOI for 20X30 to 30X40 sized plots.

Can someone share info on current market rate for a BDA site in SMV 1st or 2nd Blocks?

1st block quoted price is in the range of Rs. 5,000 to 6,000/sq.ft. Most of this block is already in livable condition and good number of houses already come up as of now. Mostly kaveri water connection is also given.

2nd block quoted price is in the range of Rs. 3,800 to 4,500/sq.ft. this block is too far away from ring road and needs couple of more years for decent livelyhood.

Above mentioned are the quoted price. I'm not sure about the price at which transactions happening.
