Looks like there is no truce on TN sand issue. My work is also struck, may be i will spend few more thousands for good sand then robo. I would prefer robo for plasting and not for Roofing.

@venkyn
Yes, I too would prefer good sand. Would you mind sending PMing contact number of your source? I am also thinking of paying few more thousands and get river sand.

I have already bought cement, so not sure whether RMC is an option for me.

Thanks

@ suresh
- Even Material tree do not have trichy sand.

@and201986
- Check with material tree, they have Msand with civil-aid report.

@venks
- No update, there are different stories floating around.
- KA Govt want to pack 150Kg Packed sand bags.
- No Permission to Good trucks to carry sand ,
-

Only Pass holders are able to carry sand esp for Major Builders. The most effected are residential folks like you and me.
Given an option i would have stopped the constructuion for another 2 weeks.

By stopping construction we should put pressure on Cement delears, Contractors, laboures, and entire Realestate industry will listen to the issues.
Hope some body listen to building owners and bring back good quality sand.
