Name of the station is misleading. Anjanapura township station is on main kanakapura road. It is around 100 mtrs after shell gas station, after talaghattapura. (just before nice road bust stop on main kanakapura road)

There are two maps. One map shows the station like Akalale has mentioned. At Nice Rd and Kanakapura Rd. The other map shows the line deviate from Kanakapura Rd towards Anjanapura. I am not sure where the station is going to be located.
Anyway, eventually there will be a line connecting Kengeri, Anjanapura township, Gottigere and perhaps even EC in the future. This should be along the nice ring road and will have stations in Anjanapura.

Revised master plan (RMP 2015) recently published, has two other big connecting roads to anjanapura
80 ft road, from Konanakunte cross
60 ft road from Kothanur.
Survey has been done.

I am tracking Anjanapura for past 5-6 years for investment. Many people suggested BSK 6th stage is better layout as it has NICE road entry and the land terrain is flat.
I am not convinced with that argument and invested in Anjanapura. Here is my thought process while selecting Anjanapura compared to BSK.
• Anjanapura is near to the Outer ring road and developed areas like Jayanagar, JP Nagar and Banneraghatta road
• With good Hospitals (Fortis,Apolo), schools and IT companies, Banneraghatta road is better than Kanakpura and Mysore roads. Anjanapura is the only BDA layout on Banneraghatta road in affordable range
• In the entire IT corridor from ITPL, Outer ring road and electronic city there are only few layouts developed by BDA and none of them cost less than Rs6000/SFT. There are private layouts approved by BDA, and some of these layouts have title issues even after BDA approval. Anjanapura is the only nearest BDA layout in the affordable range to the IT corridor.
• Qualities of title for private BDA approved layouts are not equal to BDA developed layouts. For example if BDA acquires SC/ST land, it is legal. Whereas a private developer acquiring SC/ST land is illegal.
• JP Nagar 8th and 9th phases has good number of houses and they are less than 1 Km from Anjanapura. With this proximity, house construction will spread from JP Nagar 8/9th phases to Anjanapura.

pschidu - Also the road from Konanakunte cross is the existing road to kanakapura right ? The kothanur rd - Is this the road after meenakshi temple on BG road or the one from JP nagar ? I don't know what will happen to the 80ft road to Gottigere. That road will change the prices in Anjanapura big time, with easy access to Gottigere, the PRR and the metro line to Cantonment.

I suppose PLOTGUY is right. The existing roads may be widened from Konanakunte and kothanur .

Anjanapura 10th & 11th blocks are close to Gottigeri and Jambusavari Dhinne both are around 1 1/2 km and has very good connectivity in terms of bus. Also additing to that bannerghatta road and metro coming in gottigeri.
Recently I visited the location and there is afencing done on the park below high tension line, and also an association has been formed and there is a board which has the contact details. I understand that with the association the want to approach the govt to get the infrastructure ready.
The Bus from Kengari to Electronic City pass through Kembathalli Village, there is also a Petrol Pump which if functionaing on Kembathalli/Anjanapura main road, which is 1/2 km from the junction where the High Tension wire starts. Also there are house which has come up in adjacent laout(classic pleasent) of 11th block.
The other location near 80- feet road also there are houses which is constructed and people are residing both in 10th and 11th blocks.
In all Anjanapura 10th and 11th Blocks are better located.

Today I met with Anjanapura further extension 10 and 11th block residents welfare association vice president Mr . Munivenkatappa ( Retd joint director of coop societies), who is living in 11 th block. The association currently has 45 members. They meet once every month, and meet BDA commissioner once every two months.
I found out few things from him.
a. 80 feet road (recoup road)- this has been cleared from both parties side (BDA and land owners). Land owners have given their approval voluntarily. So this road will become reality at last. ( He says 1 yr time).
b. BDA has deposited the money with BWSSB, but their has been a delay from BWSSB side, as far as the drainage is concerned for 9th, 10th and 11 blocks.
c. Main issue from association side is for the water lines to be laid out, so that when 4 th stage kaveri water supply is initiated this should not further delay the supply to the above blocks.
d. Borewell water they are able to get both for 10 th and 11 th blocks but to the north of 80 feet road.
I became a member today. They are planning for a PIL as there has been not much improvement for 10 years now. Collecting evidence and acknowledgement is going on.
