First point:
Please forget corner sites (BDA usually auction these corner sites after 10 to 12 years.
Almost all East sites are garbed by former.

Second point:
Yes:It is industrial development authority in Karnataka. All Infosys, Wipro and big companies have purchased the industrial land under the development of KIDBA.

Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) is having land for industries. They are going to develop the Area for industrial Like Electronic City, Kumbalagode, Whitefield ITPL and so on.

I think, this is good development.

If the above news is true, how and at what stage will we know the site numbers?

I was called to BDA office on Saturday, front line office informed me that final list will be out and uploaded on the web site on Tuesday 3pm.
Please up date Mr Hiremat , how much is correct , hope this time BDA office will not disappoint us.

As we all know, final list is ready with site numbers. Sites also ready physically in the layout but BDA is UN-necessarily making the delay.

As per the news there is a comity meeting on the 29-Sep-2016. Allotment section/department may take the approval in the same meeting. After that they will publish the sites in the BDA website (May be close to dasera festival).
It is a matter of one/two weeks time. Let us wait.

Thanks for the update Mr. Hiremath. The news article in the Deccan Herald mentioned that the site numbers have not been marked even though the layout work has been completed. This is done to avoid lobbying by allottees. So probably the allotment will be based on the maps, and the numbers will be market physically only after the allotment.

They followed an electronic randomization process for allotment of flats recently. We should expect them to follow the same method for KG layout.

Yes. You are right.

BDA is using software for allotting site numbers to allotees. Input to this software is two lists, One is final allottees list and number of sites available for each dimensions. For different size BDA will give the two list of inputs and within 10 to 15 mins all sites with block numbers will place against allotees name and generate a new file (With allottees name with site number and block).

This will avoid the alloting same site for multiple people.

Someone wrote in one of other blogs:

"I just called BDA, they told there is committe meeting today and the final list will be out by this week…also they will start refund process"

That is good news if it is true.

News is the committee meeting is on 29-Sep-2016. Allotment department will get the approval for the final allotment list. Then they will upload it on to BDA website.
