What next for allotees of KG Layout.

Dear All,

Some updates in the local news paper Prajavani:

So Final List would be announced in the third week of Sep and they have to distribute 2020 sites to former who have given land to BDA for developing the layout. Most of the Former are taking 30X40 more compared to 40x60 (50X80 is not allocating to former).

And also BDA officers are saying they site number and block number will be announced along with Final List.

Thank you Hiremat , it is surprise to reduce the no of sites from 5000 to around 3000 nos.
BDA could planned further development and statewide to allot the sites

BDA is not reducing 5000 to 3000 sites. 5000 Sites are giving to Allotees + 2020 sites to Formere. So Totaly as first cut they are dirtibuting 7000 sites.

BDA had formed around 12000 sites currently.

Hi All,

I see metro is planned till chellaghtatta village(after nice junction) . There will metro deopt in chellaghatta village .. This gives very good connectivity to KG layout...

The LRTS (Light Rail Transit) got approved today. Hence Kempegowda Layout will have one end of Namma Metro on Mysore road and another end of LRTS on magadi road. Good for Connectivity..

I collected some updates from other website , one person called BDA office asked about final list , rec'd the message as one more month required to final allotment list announced.
