I have been trying to get the EC using the online facility https://kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in/Layout/Layout and have faced the following issues...
- The OTP for login doesn't come in time or not at all
- Most of the time it gives a generates a zero report, which I presume implies that there is no transaction during the period
- But if one includes the period when one registered the property (say from BDA), even that transaction is not showing! Why so?
Can someone please enlighten.
What are the other avenues to obtain the EC please.

1 year update - case on going in courts so didn't want to comment here.
BDA officials were co-horts with a local gang to create false documents.
FYI - do NOT share photo copies of your documents, be very careful as those will be used to create duplicate ones.

2nd year update - case hearing on-going still in courts so my comment is brief.
BDA officials and Police not very helpful esp if money changes hands.
