For pipes etc giving rates here is very cumbersome as there are too many items.

Best is to scan the list given by your plumber and send it to multiple dealers over whatsApp.
I found quotations of शंकराचार्य for CPVC and PVC fittings most competitive and also they deliver the material and take credit card for payment.
CPVC I have gone for Ashirvad and PVC pipes supreme.

I am planning to start construction. concerned about increase in price of steel and cement.
Seems avoiding brands like ultratech and ACC could be good for financial health. Not sure about the difference in quality of these brands.
Appreciate if someone can throw light on price of steel.

Steel price is 69rs per kg for indus tmt. It has really thrown the budget out of hands.

wow. that is almost making me rethink if i should go ahead with construction.
can see overall project cost escalation by 5%.
