What is the price quoted for these two ? Both are allmost similar and seems like having a similar traction media also

Schindler = 8,88,000 (approx)
Otis = 8,16,600 (approx)

When I was enquiring about Lift, Otis was really bad in responding. I even tweeted this to their US CEO and their Indian counterpart immediately contacted me for name sake, but really they were not so encouraging for residential elevator.

For me , it was the other way round , Schindler took time and they are not as flexible as OTIS. Schindler Sales Engineer threw too much attitude and was not that keen .

With OTIS it has been "so far so good" ,still there is lot of work pending and hope they live up to their commitments to the customer(me)

@ isap63 : did you face issues with OTIS recently ?
