Paul, I am not planning to physically build the upper storey, only planning to hire the labourers directly and be more deeper involved in the process.

Mrinmayee is their consultnacy wing. https://www.facebook.com/MrinmayeeGramavidya/ They train mesons on eco friendly construction. They may be able to give you pointers. If you have time, you can also attend their hands on courses. I work for an Engineering college with civil and architecture departments. Our faculty can also give consultation.

Hi Sanchitnis, I have been to Mrinmayee several times - on good terms with them. But they could not forward me any masons, infact they were reluctant to refer me to labor contractors too , they said they had really no one really dependable. I understand this is a problem in this sector.
