Hi Prashanth,

Please do the Waterproofing on the Roof, The cost is approximately 35/- Per Sqft (Labour + Material), Go with Fosroc brand Waterproofing.
Don't do when area is wet - Ensure the Chipping on the Roof to be done properly.

You can put the Tiles over this, also the Rainwater outlet from the Roof to be done on Two - three sides.Don't compromise for One Outlet.
