Why dont you go for precast concrete compound ? It works much cheaper and very suitable for temporary purpose

Fencing cost will be 175 - 200/- per rft for barbed wire fencing with four row wires and stone pillar at every 10', rate variation is based on soil conditions ( hard, soft, depth etc ) . They don't use cement any where. They will dig the pit about 2-3' deep and tight pack the soil around stone pillar.

30+50+30+50 = 160 rft * 175/- per rft = 28,000/-
