10 x 5 size, you can have all the things. check out the plumbing lines from your overhead tank, your plan looks good, small correction, East direction always come to the right of North line.

Hi,
Toilet layouts in genral are planned as wet zone and dry zone.If you are using a closed cubicle type then there is no issue with bathing location.
In your case I suggest keep the WC in your current bathing location so that u can use a simple shower curtain for bathing zone at the end.
Since toilet is 10'long you have much more space to give a solid wall partition between WC and bathing area .
My personal opinion plz leave vastu while you are releasing your pressures

thank you everybody for your valuable inputs.Finally decided to go with the layout which all of you suggested, have asked the plumber to keep all the 3 in the same line.wc between washbasin and shower.
