I visited Gokul gardens and Sri krishna gardens ( just launched) about 4 yrs back price in Gokul was rs 1000 psft and 850 psft in srikrishna. I searched a lot in JP nagar, Anjanapura and sarrounding areas till talghat puta. Brokers are really sucks. Finally I bought 40*60 site in Sri krishna gardens for 1200 psft last year. I have observed the development work going on kanakapura from past 3-4 years. Soil test for metro is already going on. I am sure this area is going to develop fast.
