thanks sachin, what is the price you paid per sft? I see ads in sulekha etc with plots for 1200/- sft itself..... i agree with you on purchasing a plot after 100% developments, but problems i see is
1. Availability of plots which suits our dimensions, vastu etc
2. Price

I bought it in phase 2 for Rs.1250/- corner site NE.

My friend has also booked 3 sites in which one is he ready to transfer to anyone who wants to buy without any escalation in the price as per the original agreement as his income limit crossed the bank loan profile.
