@Mahesh: Haven't heard from you for long regarding the plumbing. Can you please share the details of the plumber who quoted the above price?

Hi Pradeep,

I am about to receive the quotation for plumbing work today from a plumber. But last time I spoke to him he was quoting 12k per bathroom(total 4), 10k for kitchen,utility,dining washbasin, 7k for solar water heater connection, 2k per rainwater line, 2k for plumbing work from sump to OHT. He is yet to quote for sanitary line from bathrooms to UGD and construction of chambers. I think this is a bit high.

Can you please pm your plumber's contact?

@Chetanl

1 plumber quoted the same price that u have mentioned and other was lil less n finally my centering guy gave reference n i saw his work and has done decent work even he quated the market rates and finally after nego he is doing for 55k that includes

7 bathroom ..floor mounting comod with solar point and saperate water lines and geyser point wash basin per bathroom
2 bathroom ..wall mounting comod and single lever diverters geyser solar point and hot n cold water in wash basin
4 kitchens sink hot n cold water n aquaguard point washing machine point n utility
and also water outlet from roof top

rain water lines and water line from sump to oht and chambers all these r included

for water proofing i need to pay the labour which is excluded from the above and also rain water harvesting for which he asked 10k for installing tank and neccessary connections

he has installed water lines still water proofing for bathroom and sanitary lines r pending for this im calling him from the past 1 week he hasnt turned up and postponing the work and already paid 11k as labour and his visitng charges r extra

mostly when any labour contractors plumbing carpentry civil or electrician they will be lil unprofessional when they do work for lesser price and some people give good service when u pay lil higher....more or less work will be same ...
