Sorry for the delayed response. I was out of city for the past few days. Thank you very much for the info provided again.
As suggested, I will visit few of the layouts to get to know the localities and development before choosing a property.

Ihave a plot at sln city, its 2400sq feet, facing east. I took this plot thru syndicate bank employees' housing co op siciety ltd.

If interested let me know.. bank loan available. Also you can google about sln city plots... you would find the rates ranging from 800 to 1100 rs per sq feet.

I want to sell it since i am constructing a house at hegde nagar. If you are interested we can discuss on this. I am expecting 700/- per sq feet.

Also Note that NNT township in Nelamangla is quoting 1200 per sqft.

Any update on this ? If you have found any good investment layout near by Nelamangala- Doodballapur road?
