I dont think any 30* 40 size are available now, most of the available site are bigger in size if you are looking for bigger also then only I can give contact details.

It comes under survey no 10/4 and 133/1.

in south avenue layout is good layout but NO water.
behind south avenue, pavman layout is there just attached to south avenue,this is also good layout in this layout water is avelable,make sure witch is good for you before bay a plot?

Looks like, original land owner is trying to acquire sites. (trying to fence around 20-25 sites) If you own a site in this layout, please visit your sites and see if everything is OK.

It is nothing to do with a khata or b khata. Original land owner of survery no 7/2 has come after 15+ years claiming his land. You have to physically go there and see what is happening, for you to understand. People interested in buying plot anywhere in b'lore should see these type of issues firsthand, before falling prey to anyone.

1. Get the survey numbers used for layout formation
2. Check the ownership details and conversion by RTC at http://bhoomi.karnataka.nic.in
3. Goto Assistant commissioner office Bangalore urban district and ask for a endorsement that no litigations exist since 1960s on those survey numbers
4. Goto BMRDA/BDA office and ask for layout authorization on those survey numbers, get the BMRDA layout approval number
5. Check at BBMP office that betterment charges have been paid and a non-conditional A Khata has been issued
Beyond this, Get a legal opinion yourself not through a bank lawyer
