Any feedback on Innovative constructions

Yes, I did verification before the purchase. I went to the one of their earlier constructions Innovative Flora in COX Town and had a look at the flat and the construction. The feedback was very good from the people who had already purchased the flat and from the manager of that flat. My father in law who is also a builder inspected the construction site of Innovative Petal and also gave good feedback. I have been watching the construction since Januray and is very happy with the pace of the construction as well

I am not worried about not being able to find about them on internet. The builder is small and does not pay much for marketing etc and people generally write bad about a company only if they have a bad experience.That means that either the builder has not created any bad experience for any of users and I dont have to pay for the marketing money as a part of my building cost unlike a prestige or sobha .

Thanks a million about your reply. Actually, now a days many cases of cheating are happening in bangalore hence I was worried but after your reply I am convinced. Anyways, I have already booked the flat in the D BLOCK and I spend around 5000 rupees to verify the documents of this builder from a Lawyer in marathahalli for my satisfaction and I got a clean report about the papers of this project.
I completely agree with you that it doesn't worth paying extra money for the marketing money as a part of my building cost unlike a prestige or sobha.

I had also verified the papers and it is an ancestral property, so no issues with that as per my lawyer.
