NBR seems to be good. Not heard any negative comments about it. No idea about Royal Orchid...I mean I have heard about it but never enquired...did u call them or do a site visit yet?

NBR green valley is selling at 375 - 399 per sq ft.
looks like they have not been able to sell much at this rate - they are aggressively advertising.
Anybody who has bought here?
Anyone for a combined trip during the weekend?

Is Dharmapuri in Tamil Nadu? Guess so
Also look at the STRR map - how far is it from the STRR road
Inside city, to buy and live, one has to spend minimum 2000-3000 psqft in good location. Max return is 2x.
Only in these areas can one hope for 10x return
